1. General Notary Services (In Office)
Standard notarizations performed at our office located inside the Blaze Property office (4018 SW 50th Ave, Amarillo). Walk-in and scheduled appointments available during business hours. Ideal for acknowledgments, jurats and sworn statements, oaths and affirmations, certified copies, and other everyday documents. In-office notarizations are billed at the Texas statutory rate.
2. Mobile Notary Services (By Appointment)
Can’t make it to the office? Ashlie travels to you — homes, offices, hospitals, rehabs, care facilities, jails, the airport, or anywhere convenient. Mobile service is available by appointment only as a flat-rate package that includes mobile dispatch to your location and your first notarized signature. See the package rates below.
3. Loan & Real Estate Closing Signings (Notary Signing Agent)
Ashlie is a certified Notary Signing Agent (Loan Signing Agent) and Remote Signing Agent for Title Companies, Lenders, and Signing Services. Full-service loan document execution includes document printing (2 copies), secure travel, presentation of loan documents, signature collection, and prompt scan-backs. Flat-rate packages by transaction type are listed below.

Fees for standard notarizations follow the maximum fees set by the State of Texas (Texas Government Code §406.024).

Texas Legal Compliance Notice: In accordance with Texas Government Code §406.024, statutory fees for notary public acts are strictly set by the State ($10.00 for the first signature, $1.00 for each additional signature on the same document). All flat-rate packages listed above represent bundled fees that include standard statutory notary fees alongside separate non-statutory mobile convenience, travel, document preparation, and administrative fees. An itemized receipt detailing statutory vs. travel/service fees is provided for every transaction.
